NICOLE Scherzinger topped the best dress list at the Billboard Music Awards 2017.
The X Factor judge – who confirmed she would be returning to the ITV singing show on the red carpet on Sunday night – turned heads as she arrived at the T-Mobile arena. Nicole’s ruched, peach gown highlighted her glowing complexion and she beamed for the cameras as she showed off her dress.
She used delicate jewellery to accessorise her feminine look and a pretty necklace drew attention to her decolletage.
